2. Non-Refundable Period

After the expiration of the 14-day period, all payments shall become non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted solely at our discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances, assessed on a case-by-case basis. The determination to issue a refund beyond this period is final and non-negotiable.

However, liability for fraudulent acts or statements is not limited or excluded under any circumstances.

15.2. In the event a competent court decides any provision of these Terms unenforceable, the parties mutually agree that the court should, where feasible, amend that provision to the extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose. If modification is not possible, the unenforceable provision shall be disregarded, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain fully enforceable.

15.3. A failure or delay on our part to enforce any right or insist on strict performance of your obligations under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such rights or obligations, nor shall it prevent us from asserting those rights in the future. Your compliance remains mandatory at all times.

15.4. These Terms are non-transferable and personal to you. You may not allow or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms in the absence of our prior written approval. We retain the right to assign or transfer our obligations or rights under these Terms without your consent, provided we notify you.

15.5. Any formal legal notice you wish to serve must be delivered to the address provided in Part 1 above.
